  I resale the LUVU brand with no questions on the quality of anything. They treat customers right and we have many repeat customers. I user the products on myself and my family and trust that we are getting a high quality natural product.

  The owner, of LUVU Naturally, possess surprisingly, poor, customer service skills, while offering no guarantee on her products and is unwilling to refund or exchange for a faulty product (clumpy, not creamy, natural deodorant). What's more, the owner not only refuses to remedy the problem, but further alienates herself from potential loyal, repeat customers by acting irritated, annoyed, agitated, bothered, inconvenienced, vexed, aggravated, and even offended by the notion that a customer would want to exchange a subpar product or get a refund. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe this was her first product returned and she was taken by surprise, maybe she didn't like my face, or maybe she doesn't believe that customer service is an integral aspect of business. Regardless, she lost a customer: a customer who is always willing to refer friends, family & co-workers to businesses that I enjoy and trust... or in this case, warn friends, family & coworkers to keep their distance from this business.
