Went in to buy a quick gift on my lunch break, instead of pulling me ahead of one customer who was having issues with a purchase I waited in line, then the next person had stuff she ordered that they had to find as well... the wait to buy my one item was about 10-15 minutes, good customer service means taking care of those quick and easy customers who need to pay while the staff is working out the other customers issue. Not pleased with the wait time but the store is great and the employee's are very friendly.
