- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to square boy pizza once and was impressed with their food, but unlike to I was impressed with their customer service and will not be returning back. I work in the customer service industry and have worked the whole long weekend as well. But i know whatever customer you are helping forst you finish helping then when you are done you serve the next one. The lady made it seem like I was a waste of a time to help, not only was i on hold for 5 mins, then when she got to me, she had another person calling and basically was telling me to make it short and sweet and that it better be an important order because she had other customers and that I was wasting her time. Instead of being impolite, she could of answered my question throughly and then moved on to the next person like you would do at any customer service establishment.By Chantel Hickey, May 11, 2017
